My name is Tiffany Gonzalez, I am 33 years old. Born and raised in South Florida. I am the face of Balloons Galore and More. I am an Alumni of Florida Atlantic University. My background has been in Hospitality management for the last 10+ years in hotel industry catering and planning events. My love and passion for creativity is my therapy and what I love to do for fun!
I was always my family's go-to for decorating and coming up with ideas for our parties. When the opportunity arose for my mother's birthday party, I just wanted to try something different. Balloon garland displays seemed to be pretty trendy and with a little help from YouTube, I was able to create my first balloon display with success! Then it hit me, I found my passion!
My first official Balloon install happened in January of 2020! Afterwards I created a new Instagram account for my newfound passion where I grew my following and expanded my business into the South Florida region. Prices vary depending on the style, size, complexity and location.
Unfortunately, No. We typically do not go back to the event, unless a backdrop is rented. If you would like the ballons to be removed we would apply an addtional fee to your invoice.
We suggest letting us know as soon as possible. Event dates and times are first come first serve. Short notice events within three days prior to event will apply an additional rush fee.
First complete the inquiry form on site, shortly one of our balloon stylists will be in contact for further details. Once details are discussed and pricing is agreed on, we can then move forward to securing your event date.
To secure your event date, A non-refundable deposit is required. Keep in mind when securing your date, we are turning down potential clients, with the expectations to decorate your event.
We accept Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, Check, Cash or Square.
If cancellation occurs due to any major causes such as Covid, family emergencies, weather conditions, etc. We will then refund the remaining balance paid. Deposits are non-refundable, however can be applied to any future event date. If the event is cancelled within 24hrs of the actual event date, the client is then held responsible for the full payment.
Balloon air displays can last up to one day to three months, sometimes even more depending on the environment of the balloon weather it is indoors or outdoors. Helium balloons tend to be very sensitive to temperatures, the span of helium balloon does not have a long-life span.
Disclaimer: I cannot guarantee your balloons will last once they have been delivered or picked up, due to several reasons (Toddlers, Tree branches, Brick Walls, Hot Cars) are just a few examples. We are not held responsible for any balloons that are popped, stolen, lost, poked or let go of. If WE pop any of the balloons while on site, then we will replace. We also do use friendly wall command hooks to install and secure your balloons. There are several videos online on how to remove these hooks.
We use the highest quality of balloon brands some to include, Qualatex, Tuftex, Sempertex as well as Gemar. They are 100% biodegradable latex balloons as well as mylar balloons.
Yes! We are part of the cricut family, we can customize a balloon to your liking.
Yes, delivery is included within the quote provided, depending on location of the event. Set up fees are also included within the price.
We can offer pick up options depending on the style of the balloon. If you are picking up a balloon garland within in 7ft or less, we recommend picking up in a large SUV. We are not held responsible for how the balloons will look or be displayed after picking up.
We try our best to respond within 24-48hrs. Please keep in mind weekends we are prepping and are in between installs. We apologize if the response is not within time. We want to give you are full attention.
We do deliver to hotels; however, the client is responsible for any parking fees that apply.
Note products are purchased in advance to an event date, due to the shortages lately we like to have everything ahead of time. Before purchasing we go over all the color details and try our best to get closest to the color you are requesting. If the color changes, it will not be a guarantee due to the short notice and shortages, and fees may apply.
